What are my options for workplace stress management training?

Training Kits

The kit is for those who want to do the training themselves. It's a stress management training ppt presentation used to train groups of people all at one time in one location. If you need to train a trainer to use the kit we offer a train the trainer course.

Online Training

Online training is for those who prefer self-paced training from any location or for employers who need to assign and monitor employee training progress and exam scores. Online training is eligible for bulk pricing discounts for groups of 16+ trainees.

Train the Trainer

Train the trainer courses are online and meant to certify a single individual to use the training kit to train others. The kit is included with the train the trainer online course for no additional cost and is reusable. Results in a lifetime certification.

Onsite Training

Onsite training is for companies looking for hands-on training on your own equipment at your location. We come to you (from Rexburg, Idaho) so travel expenses are included, because of this onsite training is best for groups of at least 5-10+ trainees.

What's in the Workplace Stress Management Training Course?

This class discusses topics including common causes, signs and symptoms, stress management methods, and more.

This presentation includes intermittent practice quiz questions to prepare for the final written exam included with the course.

Why do I need worklace stress management training?

OSHA doesn’t have a specific standard for stress management training. However, under the General Duty Clause, Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, employers are required to provide a workplace that “is free from recognizable hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious harm to employees.”

Because of this requirement, employers have a legal and ethical obligation to develop and maintain a workplace that is free from hazards associated with excessive amounts of stress. Employees have the right to work in an atmosphere that promotes the safety and well-being of all.
