This option results in an regulation-compliant lifetime trainer certification from Hard Hat Training. This certification is not company-specific, meaning you can take it with you should you change employers.

Why Do I Need Defensive Driving Safety Training?

With driving being such a commonplace activity, it is easy to become complacent and develop bad habits. Roughly 3,000 people die in road crashes every day—that’s about 1.25 million each year, according to the Association for Safe International Road Travel. While it’s impossible to know the exact conditions of every accident, many accidents could have been prevented had the drivers practiced safe, defensive driving techniques.

This training can help remind drivers of both commercial or passenger vehicles of the basics of driving on public roads, company property, or other locations where an accident is possible.
