Description
Safety posters don’t have to be boring. In fact, awareness posters that get noticed, improve safety because these messages are retained more easily. We hope our posters will do the same for safety at your workplace.
We work in an industry where safety is the name of the game. And for the most part, everyone is trying to do their best to improve the safety of their operations. Yet, injuries and fatalities continue to happen. And in some cases, they continue to increase. Did you know that the one area in which we are seeing a continual increase among construction accidents is among the Hispanic workforce? And even in New York, where they have required additional crane testing in the hopes of making it safer, has had one of its worst years as far as crane accidents go.
Why is this? Generally speaking, it is because we like to walk the line. You might even say it is in our nature. We want to see how close we can get to the line and still get the job done. We want to see how little safety training we can spend money on and still get the job done. Well, guess what? It doesn’t work that way. You might get away with it for a time, but eventually a “toe the line” attitude will eventually lead to crossing the line, and crossing the line so often leads to accidents.
